RadicaLab Foundation

The RadicaLab Foundation is a catalyst for global change. We concentrate resources where we think the potential for transformational impact is greatest.

Our Beliefs

We are compelled to participate in discovering and developing solutions to the world’s biggest challenges. We can no longer sit idly by and wait for government institutions and conventional organizations to do it.

There is a certain magic when the “right” people work together – a coalition of proven change-makers who have the necessary drive, courage to take big risks and humility to learn from failure.

We understand the power of purpose to achieve transformative outcomes.

The time to act is now – we are at an inflection point between the urgency of the threats and the possibilities of new technologies.

Our Work

We identify the brightest innovators and support them by dedicating ambitious financial, strategic and creative resources to maximize impact.

We address global challenges to environmental sustainability, education, democracy and health care.

Our operational costs are fully funded, so every donation directly fuels transformative action.

We collaborate with the Sunstone Institute to broadly communicate the results of our work (successes and failures alike), turning bold ideas into legible data and actionable solutions.

Join the team!

We are hiring talented people, and are currently especially looking for Program Managers and an Accountant. Please consider sending an open application if none of our currently advertised positions fit your expertise.

About us

We are different from other non-profits: we are taking big risks and are willing to fail; all our operating costs are covered, enabling all money we raise to directly fund programming; and we are sharing all our work’s results and best practices through our partner, the Sunstone Institute.
