The RadicaLab Foundation is a catalyst for global change. Harnessing the power, speed and flexibility of entrepreneurial thinking, we are finding solutions to the critical challenges of our time, with particular focus on the world’s most vulnerable communities. Working with the Sunstone Institute, we will share our work’s results and best practices, encouraging application at the local level.

About us

We are different from other non-profits: we are taking big risks and are willing to fail; all our operating costs are covered, enabling all money we raise to directly fund programming; and we are sharing all our work’s results and best practices through our partner, the Sunstone Institute.

Whitney Hailand Brown

Executive Director

Whitney is an experienced communications strategist and project manager, known for her ability to navigate complex organizational landscapes and foster positive change. Previously, she held influential board roles at The Lawrenceville School and Rippowam Cisqua School, and has extensive experience in fundraising, crisis management, and public relations. Her career also includes senior positions at Shutterfly and Robinson, Lerer & Montgomery, where she managed communications for major clients. Whitney’s passion for public service and strategic thinking make her a key player in initiatives focused on social good and innovation. She now takes on the role of Executive Director of RadicaLab Foundation.
